Wow! It can't have been done with multiple passes, so there must have been an array of several cameras on top of the car, each pointed in different directions (enough to cover all possible angles) and rolling simultaneously. It looks like the top of the car is blacked out where the support was anchored. It must have been a single central support coming up between the cameras, so that it became hidden by the stitching process. But I have no idea what software you'd use to stitch all that together. I have some software that does that with still pictures, but this is the first I've ever seen it done with video!
